Susan Seber ’84 is a leadership coach and facilitator specializing in working with nerds who want to authentically enhance their effectiveness. By integrating science with a deeper understanding of ‘the why’, she delivers impactful, sustained results for her clients. Susan’s journey has been steadfast and purposeful. Rooted in her Stevens bachelor of engineering degree, she had an accomplished and rewarding career as a senior leader in the biopharmaceutical, petrochemical, and consumer product industries. She pivoted to a different path through rigorous training and certification from Georgetown University and The International Coaching Federation. Susan founded Purpose Zone Leadership, empowering others to exceed their dreams personally and professionally. This is living ‘in the Zone’.
