All submissions should be received at least 3 weeks prior to your requested send date to allow for ample time to enter your communication in the scheduling queue. The requestor will be contacted to acknowledge their broadcast email submission has been received within 2 to 3 business days, to review the submission and to validate and clarify the information provided. A final decision on each submission will be made within 5 business days and based on message content, timing and audience. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee your communication will be approved.*
